In the winter of 2012,  Dr. Treasure Lee Buskey founded Candlelight Bible College as a brick-and-mortar ministry and school in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Upon relocating to Waycross, GA,  the all women's college rebranded to an online Bible College now known as Women In Ministry Institute (WIMI). WIMI opened its doors in the fall of 2019 in Waycross, Georgia. Our inaugural student body of twenty-five up-and-coming women preachers joined the class and graduated with honors. In its 5th year, WIMI is now headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Dr. Treasure Lee Buskey is the author of the current seven-course curriculum of Women In Ministry Institute. She pinned this intense course of study, by divine inspiration from the Holy Spirit,  combined with over forty years of biblical study, an earned Bachelor’s Degree in Bible Study,  and an honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree. Our courses consist of:  Veiled & Virtuous: Certificate of Ministry, Shepherdess Fold: Certificate of Eldership,  Prophet 2 Prophet: Associate Degree in Five-Fold Ministry,

Five-Fold Leading Ladies: Bachelor's Degree in Five-Fold Ministry, Kingdom Women Anointed: Master's Degree in Five-Fold Ministry, Kingdom Ladies Elite: Doctor of Theology Degree, The Queen's Chamber: Doctor of Divinity Degree.

This Institute has been formed to train, and inspire women already in the ministry, or who may have only recently accepted a call to minister. Women are first encouraged to become women of virtue, tending to home and family as Proverbs 31:10-31 encourages women to do. Women entering the Women In Ministry Institute program are invited to explore higher biblical education and degrees of certification, from Certificate of MInistry to Associate to Doctor of Divinity Degree.
